JOHOR BARU Sept 20 The High. Judge Abu Bakar Katar ruled that the sessions court erred in its decision to free and acquit Latif 55 his son Ahmad Fauzan Hatim 29 and real estate consultant Amir Shariffuddin Abd Raub 48.

Following the High Courts order the accused will have to return to the Sessions Court to enter their defence according to Abu Bakar. They are said to have committed the offences via cheque transactions at five major banks around Johor Baru between November 2013 and December 2016. They are said to have committed the offences via cheque transactions at five major banks around Johor Baru between November 2013 and December 2016. Amir Shariffuddin Abd Raub 2020 1 LNS 687 the Plaintiff sued the Defendant for publishing certain statements on his Facebook account allegedly to be defamatory of the Plaintiff.
